چکیده
Abstract: Background: Biocatalysis in organic solvents has several benefits over aqueous solvents, including solubility of substrates, ease workup, separation the product, and, certain cases, reusability biocatalysts. Materials and Methods: A simple, effective, environmentally friendly technique for synthesizing pyrazoles been established, which involves cyclo condensation chalcones isonicotinic acid hydrazide using a relatively inexpensive catalyst baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Molecular properties prediction docking studies were also performed. Results: The predicted molecular suggest that molecules are safe oral consumption their on 2BVC-Mycobacterium tuberculosis glutamine synthetase show favorable ligand binding nature. structural assignments validated based spectrum data. compounds evaluated antitubercular, vitro anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant effects. analysis reveals synthesized derivatives possessing methoxy, nitro, hydroxyl, fluoro, chloro substitution through phenyl ring help molecule to increase its pharmacological activities. However, substituted thiophene side chain facilitates biological action molecules. Conclusion: Anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-tubercular due presence pyrazole ring. Phosphatidylserine Synthesis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Membrane-associated phosphatidylserine synthase (CDP-diacylglycero1:L-serine O-phosphatidyltransferase, EC 2.7.8.8) was purified from the microsomal fraction of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains S288C and VALBC(YEpCHO1). VALBC(YEpCHO1) contains a hybrid plasmid bearing the structural gene for phosphatidylserine synthase and overproduces the enzyme 6-7-fold (Letts, V. A., Klig, L. S., Bae-Lee, M....
متن کاملCLONING AND EXPRESSION OF HUMAN IFNα2B GENE IN SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE
Interferon is a protein secreted by eucaryotic cells following stimulation by viruses, bacteria, and many other immunogenes. Recent medical studies indicate that interferons have effective role in the treatment of virus infections, immunodeficiency and certain types of cancer such as hairy cell leukaemia (HCL). The aim of the present study is to apply yeast strain for secreting human IFNα2b fol...
متن کاملSynthesis of Morphinan Alkaloids in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Morphinan alkaloids are the most powerful narcotic analgesics currently used to treat moderate to severe and chronic pain. The feasibility of morphinan synthesis in recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae starting from the precursor (R,S)-norlaudanosoline was investigated. Chiral analysis of the reticuline produced by the expression of opium poppy methyltransferases showed strict enantioselectivit...
متن کاملLipid synthesis during sporulation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Lipid synthesis was studied in both sporulating (diploid) and nonsporulating (haploid) cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Two phases of lipid synthesis occur in diploid cells transferred to sporulation medium. Phase I, which occurs during the first 12 h of exposure to sporulation medium, was also observed in the haploid strains. Phase II, occurring from the 20th to the 25th h, coincided with th...
متن کاملN-methyl pyridinium-p-toluene Sulfonate (NMPyTs) catalyzed synthesis of pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles
Abstarct:A simple one-pot synthesis of pyrano[ 2,3-c]pyrazoles was developed by a three-component reaction of various benzaldehydes, malononitrile and 1-phenyl or hydro-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one in the presence of N-methyl pyridinium p-toluene sulfonate (NMPyTs) as a catalyst. All of the synthesized compounds were identified by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy techniques. In the me...
